Virtual Rockstar is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Virtual Assistant on behalf of a US-based physical therapy practice. This role focuses on engaging new leads, handling inbound calls, and booking evaluations, serving as the first point of contact for prospective patients.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads who have reached out to the clinic
- Answer inbound calls and respond promptly to inquiries
- Book evaluations by working leads through an established sales script
- Follow up with new and existing leads across multiple touchpoints to maximize conversion
- Address common questions and objections while guiding leads toward booking an evaluation
- Reschedule current clients as needed
- Schedule and confirm evaluations accurately
- Ensure booked evaluations are properly documented and handed off to the clinic team
- Manage all lead and client communication through GoHighLevel
- Track call outcomes, lead status, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM
- Use the sales script as a guide while adapting tone and messaging based on the conversation
Requirements:
- Sales or SDR experience required
- Experience handling outbound and inbound calls
- Comfortable booking appointments or evaluations
- Strong sales communication skills without sounding robotic or scripted
- High level of empathy and ability to adjust tone for sensitive conversations
- Confident guiding prospects through the sales process
- Proficient with GoHighLevel and booking software, with the ability to adapt quickly
