Onramp Lab is a venture studio and digital marketing company known for building and scaling multiple digital brands through performance marketing and product innovation. The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will lead growth initiatives, focusing on user acquisition, conversion optimization, and data-driven experimentation to scale the RemoteHunter platform from thousands to millions of users.
Responsibilities:
- The growth machine. Acquisition, activation, retention, referral—you'll find the levers and pull them hard
- Experimentation across every channel. Paid ads, SEO, viral loops, partnerships, influencer campaigns, guerrilla tactics—whatever gets results
- Conversion optimization end-to-end. Landing pages, onboarding flows, email sequences, in-app messaging. Make every touchpoint convert better
- Budget allocation across channels. You'll manage real dollars and prove ROI on every campaign
- Product-led growth initiatives. Work with Engineering to build hooks, referral programs, and viral features into the product itself
- Data infrastructure for growth. Set up dashboards, cohort analysis, and attribution models so you always know what's working
Requirements:
- You've scaled products from early stage to meaningful traction (ideally in consumer tech, SaaS, or marketplaces)
- You live in spreadsheets and analytics tools but can also write killer ad copy and design landing pages in Figma
- You're hypotheses-driven. You don't guess—you test, measure, iterate, and scale winners ruthlessly
- You've run paid campaigns across multiple channels and know how to squeeze CAC down while maintaining quality
- You get excited about creative growth hacks. You've built waitlists that went viral, referral programs that actually worked, or content that drove thousands of signups
- You want impact over title. You'd rather own real outcomes than manage a big team
