Stage 4 Solutions is a global enterprise technology company seeking a Program Manager within the Enterprise Program Management Office (ePMO). This role focuses on driving complex, cross-functional programs across enterprise systems and operational execution while blending strong program management with technical fluency.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with a Senior Program Manager to support large, multi-workstream enterprise initiatives, managing scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery cadence
- Facilitate planning sessions, status reviews, risk/issue tracking, dependency management, and executive updates
- Support initiatives involving enterprise platforms such as Amazon Connect, Salesforce, and NetSuite in partnership with IT and Business Systems teams
- Contribute to cross-functional programs spanning Lead-to-Cash, Customer Experience, Finance, and Procurement processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, Finance, Sales Operations, Customer Experience, Procurement, and Security
- Develop executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and status reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Maintain strong program governance, including RAID logs, decision tracking, and documentation standards
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI, and tooling enhancements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, business analysis, or management consulting
- Familiarity with Amazon Connect, Salesforce, and/or NetSuite
- Experience working with enterprise technology, SaaS platforms, or business systems teams
- Experience with Lead-to-Cash, Customer Experience, Finance, or Procurement processes in an enterprise software company
- Proven ability to support senior program leaders while independently managing smaller initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing executive-level reporting and insights
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
