Crisp is a company that values teamwork and diversity to address challenges in the food supply. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work on Agentic AI and integrate AI-powered agents into analytics workflows, enhancing efficiency and value for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on the business problem. You are passionate about using visualizations to tell stories and glean actionable insights. In order to tell the story the right way, you need to understand how the business works and how to communicate it effectively to different stakeholders
- A strong sense of aesthetics and user experience. You feel strongly about not just making Business Intelligence visually appealing, but also ensuring that it’s easy to learn and a pleasure to use
- Technical curiosity and tooling depth. You understand how analytics tools interface with data models and infrastructure and are eager to dig deep
- Experience with data transformation, version control, and deployment. You're confident using tools like dbt, GitHub, Jira, Azure DevOps, and BigQuery as part of a modern analytics workflow
- Interest in AI-driven analytics. You are excited by the prospect of integrating Agentic AI capabilities into BI workflows and driving adoption of emerging technologies that make analytics more adaptive and proactive
Requirements:
- PowerBI, including Tabular Editor for semantic model development and optimization
- BigQuery for querying and working with large-scale datasets in our cloud data warehouse
- dbt for data transformation and modeling
- GitHub for version control and peer collaboration
- Jira for agile work tracking
- Azure DevOps for CI/CD workflows and deployment of analytics components
