Product Manager

Ondo Finance is a company focused on providing institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. They are seeking a Product Manager to lead internal execution and product operations, ensuring timely delivery and coordination across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Execute on existing project plans across multiple product areas and ensure timely delivery
• Translate roadmaps into well defined epics, tickets, milestones, and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate cross functionally with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Operations
• Define and track timelines, dependencies, risks, and KPIs, and drive mitigation plans
• Run internal execution processes including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retros
• Maintain high quality documentation and clear communication to stakeholders
• Use product analytics to validate assumptions and inform prioritization
• Support lightweight discovery by organizing research inputs and surfacing insights to senior PMs

Requirements:

• 2+ years of full time product management, program management, consulting, BizOps, or founder experience
• Familiarity with web3 or a strong interest with evidence of learning and contribution
• Technical literacy in programming or data query languages and comfort working with engineers
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong logical writing
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow through
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action in fast paced environments
• exposure to DeFi or RWAs
• basic understanding of frontend or UX practices
