About this role
LHH is seeking two Senior Software Engineers for a remote, contract-to-hire engagement supporting Salesforce and related platforms. This role serves as a Salesforce subject matter expert, aligning Salesforce and integrated systems with business strategy through solution design, configuration, and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce technical specifications
- Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions (automation, workflows, integrations)
- Lead Salesforce enhancement design sessions and prototyping efforts
- Develop and maintain system documentation (data flows, workflows, integrations)
- Act as technical liaison for architecture and change control reviews
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are met
- Support testing, deployment, and post‑implementation activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce production issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and integrations
- Strong understanding of banking operations and financial services environments
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in highly regulated, enterprise environments
- Criminal background check (lifetime scope, unless limited by state law)
- Credit check - Credit must be current
- Judgments, liens, overdue child support, and collection items under $5,000 cumulative are permitted
