Business Integra Inc is seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer with a strong background in the nuclear power generation industry to support advanced structural analysis initiatives. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, adaptability, and proficiency with specialized engineering tools in a dynamic project environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform structural analysis of concrete and steel structures using finite element methods
- Conduct seismic structural analyses for complex projects
- Apply industry codes and standards including:
- ASCE 43
- ASCE 4
- ACI 349 & 318
- ASCE 7
- IBC
- AISC N690
- Steel Construction Manual
- Seismic Design Manual
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Civil Engineering experience (required)
- Proficiency in ANSYS APDL (required)
- Strong experience in seismic structural analysis
- Experience in concrete, steel, and composite structure analysis and design
- AISC / N690 experience
- Programming skills (e.g., MATLAB or Python)
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) – U.S. candidates
- P.Eng – Canada candidates
