Odyssey Information Services is seeking an IT professional to support and maintain Prognosis monitoring systems and Windows-based infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting, web/server configuration, and supporting a 24/7 on-call environment.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and support Prognosis monitoring systems
- Manage data collection, thresholds, dashboards, reporting, and alerting
- Support Prognosis application servers through automation, monitoring, testing, and maintenance
- Administer Windows servers, IIS/web configurations, patching, and scripting
- Monitor network and configuration changes impacting HP NonStop systems
- Participate in audits, security compliance, and operational reviews
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to resolve issues and improve performance
- Support a rotating on-call schedule, including after-hours and weekends
Requirements:
- 1+ year of Prognosis experience and understanding of its architecture and components
- Experience installing, configuring, and administering Prognosis tools
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, IIS/web servers, and networking fundamentals
- Experience with scripting or application configuration
- Ability to work independently and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Experience supporting enterprise environments and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to be on call 24/7 rotation
