Project Manager

RevHealth is an independent pharmaceutical healthcare marketing and ad agency committed to crafting impactful work for progressive clients. The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and budget alignment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive client-focused solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, taking appropriate action to resolve them
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, account, and production teams
• Communicate project status to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project management (print and digital), with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry
• 1+ years of agency experience managing projects in high-volume pharmaceutical accounts with client-facing experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheets, Ziflow, Workfront, Teams
