As a Work from Home TurboTax Product Expert, you will assist customers with their tax-related questions and provide exceptional customer service while navigating TurboTax products.
Responsibilities:
- Assist TurboTax customers by answering questions related to product features, navigation, and basic tax filing procedures
- Guide users through downloading, logging in, importing documents, printing, and submitting their tax returns using TurboTax software
- Provide clear, concise, and empathetic support to ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TurboTax products and updates through ongoing training and certification
- Support customers in troubleshooting common issues and resolving technical problems efficiently
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to deliver optimal service
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, call quality, and schedule adherence
- Participate in certification programs and continuous learning initiatives to enhance product knowledge and support capabilities
