They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to customers and floral partners via phone and email, ensuring an outstanding experience and resolving inquiries effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate Tier 1 support to our customers and floral partners via phone and email
- Listen to customer inquiries, diagnose issues, and provide helpful solutions
- Accurately identify and escalate complex technical issues to our engineering team
- Ensure an outstanding experience for every customer by going the extra mile to resolve their concerns
- Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance our support processes and overall user experience
- Help customers and partners maximize their use of BloomNation's platform to grow their businesses
Requirements:

- You can clearly and effectively communicate both in writing and over the phone
- You can work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail or service industry experience is a big plus!) is highly valued
- Experience Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus!
- Spanish speaking is a plus!
