Business Analyst I (Contract)

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Business Analyst I- Contractor to join their Cloud and Cortex Product Strategy and Operations team. This role involves providing back-office support and managing sales support activities to contribute to the team's success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide back-office support as an extension of Cortex Team
• Manage sales support activities with accuracy and speed
• Prioritize requests for assistance from Account Managers based on revenue acquisition and customer relationship building
• Support with IT tickets and follow-ups
• Provide quoting assistance
• Conduct 1:1 enablement sessions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
• Excellent written and verbal skills & ability to communicate with different groups within PANW
• Organized with demonstrated initiative - must be able to independently handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment to ensure timelines are met
• 2-3 years of related experience sales support, or sales operations environment preferred
• Proficiency with Google products, Salesforce & experience in CRM system strongly preferred (CPQ and Steelbrick)
