This role involves leading strategic network infrastructure projects, stabilizing at-risk initiatives, and ensuring alignment of resources to deliver meaningful results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead high-impact network infrastructure strategic projects that drive measurable improvements in scope, timeline, cost, and quality across enterprise initiatives
- Stabilize and revive complex or at-risk projects, quickly identifying root causes and implementing clear recovery plans to restore momentum and stakeholder confidence
- Oversee project prioritization and governance, ensuring resources are aligned to the highest-value work and leaders have clear visibility into progress and outcomes
- Anticipate and mitigate risks by proactively managing competing priorities, resolving barriers, and applying data-driven insights to keep initiatives on track
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business strategy into executable plans that deliver meaningful results for the organization
Requirements:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
- 7+ years of progressive program or project management experience, including leadership within a PMO or enterprise environment and experience with ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and Google Workspace
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, strategic initiatives with full accountability for scope, budget, risk, and delivery outcomes
- Proven technical and business acumen, with the ability to operate at a strategic level and communicate effectively with senior leadership
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
