Charter Global is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to interpret data and assist the organization in making informed business decisions. The role focuses on utilizing data analytics to derive meaningful insights, particularly in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
- Find meaning in data as a thought leader so that the derived knowledge can be used to make informed decisions and assist the organization in making better business decisions
Requirements:
- 8 years of BI data analytics background
- healthcare experience is mandatory
- customer service / call center background is mandatory (basic callcenter metrics, callcenter data)
- Facets and Salesforce experience is mandatory
- SQL, Excel is mandatory
- PowerBI is preferred
