Business Systems Analyst - BlackRock Aladdin and FactSet platforms // 100% Remote EST hours, will need to support UK/US work hours

Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Services Analyst with experience in BlackRock Aladdin and FactSet platforms. The role involves supporting the transformation and technology teams in enhancing Attribution and Performance Reporting capabilities by conducting requirements gathering and ensuring the integrity of financial data.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering to facilitate the build out of Performance datasets from BlackRock Aladdin (ADC) to FactSet (FactSet Vault)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate new dataflows between systems and process improvements
• Support testing teams to build out a robust procedure to evaluate large volumes of Performance and Attribution datasets
• Assist in the implementation and delivery of new Benchmark, IBOR and NAV Performance flows
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across Aladdin / FactSet platforms and reports

Requirements:

• Blackrock Aladdin OMS platform experience
• FactSet - Vault platform
• Proven experience working with BlackRock Aladdin and FactSet platforms
• Solid understanding of Asset Types
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL and Snowflake
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to work
• Previous experience in an asset management, investment banking, or financial services environment
• Large data set analysis, Performance & Attribution data knowledge/experience preferred
• Experience with additional financial data platforms or risk management tools is advantageous
