Reddit is a community of communities, built on shared interests and trust, and is one of the internet’s largest sources of information. The Senior Product Manager for Ads Identity & Attribution will be responsible for improving the ads identity system and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver improvements to our identity system that quickly and significantly improve our ability to link events to people
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap and collaborate with other ads product managers across the organization to set long-term strategy
- Develop an expert-level understanding of the ads identity ecosystem through self-learning, data exploration, and market research
- Create metrics and goals, in collaboration with data science, to incentivize models and the entire team to deliver maximum value
- Partner closely with Data Science, Engineering, Legal, and Privacy teams that deliver sustainable system improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
- 2+ years as a product manager of a machine learning product or 5+ years as data scientist working with product teams
- Experience delivering / partnering with product and cross functional teams to deliver complex and scaled projects
- Strong analytical skills with experience in applied statistical analysis
- A foundational understanding of the ads identity ecosystem
- Experience directly driving execution across all aspects of product development cycle
- Proven ability to collaborate cross functionally and without direct authority
- Experience writing SQL queries and exploring data independently
- PhD or Masters in Probability, Statistics, or Behavioral Economics
- 2+ years working on an ads product measuring or serving behavioral advertising
- 2+ years setting goals for a product team
- Experience building or sourcing ground truth data sets
