This role will expand their safety services in the Nashville, TN and/or Louisville, KY markets, focusing on B2B sales and client relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a local sales strategy targeting key industries and clients
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and events
- Build and manage client relationships to drive long-term growth
- Collaborate with local associations to create opportunities and close business
- Attend trade shows and client events to promote services and grow the brand
- Maintain CRM/database of accounts, activities, and pipeline
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and thrives in a prospecting environment
- Ability to stay focused and productive while working remotely
- Experience in construction or safety services is a plus
