They are seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to manage high-profile client relationships, develop strategic marketing plans, and drive client success through expertise in SEO, AEO, HubSpot, and Paid Ads.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of customized strategic marketing plans for a portfolio of key accounts
- Manage high-level client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for growth
- Utilize your expertise in SEO and AEO to optimize client websites for search visibility, traffic generation, and lead conversion
- Oversee HubSpot implementations, ensuring proper integration and utilization of marketing automation tools and CRM capabilities
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media, optimizing for performance and ROI
- Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing performance metrics, providing clients with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
- Act as a consultant to clients, advising them on best practices, market trends, and digital strategies to enhance their marketing efforts
- Coordinate with internal teams, ensuring alignment on client objectives and delivering cohesive marketing solutions
- Mentor and support junior account managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide clients with innovative solutions
Requirements:
- B2B Strategy: 7+ years of experience driving measurable growth for B2B organizations, with a deep understanding of complex sales cycles, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM)
- Agility & Pace: Proven ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple shifting priorities without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
- Client Collaboration: Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to actively solicit, accept, and integrate client feedback into strategic pivots to ensure long-term partnership success
- 7+ years of experience in strategic account management, digital marketing, or related roles, with proven success in SEO, AEO, HubSpot, and Paid Ads
- Expertise in the Google Marketing Platform, specifically Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console (GSC) for data tracking and performance analysis
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, conversion optimization, and campaign performance metrics
- Exceptional client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and strategize effectively to meet client needs
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience in leading teams and mentoring staff, fostering a spirit of collaboration
- Proficient in HubSpot and other CRM tools, as well as digital marketing platforms
