AssetWatch is a company dedicated to enhancing manufacturing uptime through innovative condition monitoring solutions. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving content strategy, campaign messaging, and sales enablement initiatives to boost pipeline growth and customer expansion, while ensuring clear and differentiated messaging across all channels.
Responsibilities:
- Support software product launches with positioning, enablement materials, and customer-facing assets
- Collaborate with Senior PMM and Demand Generation to support integrated product campaigns
- Develop messaging briefs and thematic pillars for multi-channel campaigns
- Equip Sales and CSM teams with messaging tools, battlecards, pitch materials, and training
- Build and maintain a structured, accessible content library for revenue teams
- Identify enablement gaps and continuously improve materials
- Support lifecycle messaging from acquisition through expansion
- Own ongoing monitoring of the competitive landscape, including messaging, positioning, and market shifts
- Develop internal competitive briefs and battlecards to strengthen differentiation
- Partner with Sales to ensure frontline teams are confident in competitive conversations
- Develop and own the overarching content strategy aligned to company priorities and go-to-market initiatives
- Create campaign messaging frameworks that clearly articulate differentiated value
- Translate technical product capabilities into compelling, customer-centric messaging
- Ensure consistent messaging across website, campaigns, sales materials, and customer communications
- Partner with the Director of Product Marketing on persona definitions and communication
- Identify relevant industry awards and recognitions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to draft award submissions
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in product marketing, content strategy, or related B2B marketing role
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into compelling messaging
- Experience supporting sales enablement in a B2B or enterprise sales environment
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who can align stakeholders
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills across formats (web, decks, briefs, campaigns)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, SaaS, IoT, or predictive maintenance strongly preferred
