Route4Me is an American multinational technology company specializing in route optimization software for logistics-intensive businesses. As a Business Development Representative, you will help shape the outbound growth engine by connecting with prospective clients, identifying their needs, and qualifying opportunities to drive the company's mission forward.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential companies and decision-makers within the $11Trillion market of final mile deliveries and services space
- Initiate outbound prospecting efforts via personalized email, phone, and social media outreach
- Qualify prospects by assessing needs, challenges, and readiness for our solutions
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects through thoughtful follow-up and consistent engagement
- Assist in pre/post-trade show and webinar outreach
- Maintain accurate and organized records in Hubspot and other systems
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and messaging for effective lead generation and conversion
Requirements:
- Experience with sales enablement & prospecting tools (e.g., Hubspot, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with AI-enabled sales engagement strategies
- 1-3 years of sales experience / Cold-calling experience
- 100% remote—permanent work-from-home
- Located in, or able to work, Pacific Time Zone hours (9:00-5:00 PST)
- Monday–Friday availability
- Occasional travel may be required
- Quiet workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps)
