New York Technology Partners is an established, growth-oriented technology organization expanding its presence across North America. They are seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to drive new revenue and accelerate market expansion nationally, owning the full sales cycle and engaging with stakeholders to provide tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through contract execution
- Identify, target, and secure new accounts within a defined territory
- Engage executive and operational stakeholders to uncover business challenges and position tailored solutions
- Develop and execute territory strategy while maintaining disciplined pipeline management and forecasting
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support deal execution and long-term customer success
- Represent the organization at industry events as appropriate
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience selling complex technology solutions (software and/or hardware) ideally in the POS Software & Hardware space
- Proven track record of generating and closing net-new business
- Experience managing full-cycle sales with consistent quota attainment
- Strong consultative selling skills and executive-level communication ability
- Disciplined CRM usage (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience selling into multi-location operational organizations is a plus
