This role is essential for delivering accurate and timely member-level transaction processing while ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions—including enrollments, beneficiary changes, disbursements, termination processing, and demographic changes—while meeting turnaround time standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain performance standards for accuracy, quality, and timeliness across both complex and routine transactions
- Serve as a resource for issue resolution and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of administrative tasks
- Support operational and strategic initiatives that drive process improvements and enhance customer experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with knowledge in Excel
- Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and process improvement
- Knowledge of Group Insurance and/or related industry products and services preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of Insurance experience
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
