Ironclad is the leading AI contracting platform that transforms agreements into assets. In this role, you will support the LATAM sales team as a pre-sales technical expert, collaborating with prospects and internal teams to drive sales and improve the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Listen to prospects' needs and goals. Listening is our #1 strength
- Design, build and deliver executive level custom presentations and demonstrations of the Ironclad platform using a prospect’s own contracts and workflows
- Build strong relationships with prospects to help Ironclad’s most important and strategic prospects evaluate and ultimately select Ironclad
- Collaborate with Account Executives and other internal partners to progress an evaluation forward smoothly
- Work alongside our enterprise architecture team and business value engineers to build cases which support a prospect’s evaluation
- Bring actionable insights back to Ironclad’s Product Team to help us evolve our core product
- Partner with your aligned Sales Leader to support pipeline generating activities and overall team success
Requirements:
- Proficient Portuguese language is required

As this role specifically supports prospects and customers in our Latin American region, language proficiency (written and spoken) in Spanish and Portuguese is critical
- Technically proficient: You're an expert at technical configuration and familiar with or have an appetite for learning and you recognize that a willingness to develop technical skills is an important part of what makes SEs successful in their role as solution experts
- Team player: You can work effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals. You are energized by collaborating with diverse teams
- Independent: You can learn and drive outcomes with minimal supervision. You have a bias toward action and gravitate towards environments where you have an outsized influence on the success of customers and colleagues. You are exceptionally good at making trade-offs based on incomplete data
- Experience: 5+ years of Enterprise Solution Engineering experience
- Multilingual Mastery: Native or professional-level fluency (written and spoken) in Portuguese is required. You must be comfortable presenting complex technical architectures, negotiating solution designs, and building rapport with stakeholders in all languages (English and Portuguese)
- Regional Alignment: Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to ensure high-touch engagement with prospects across various LATAM (i.e Brazil) time zones
- Travel: This role will be based in the US, so there will be a need to travel regularly to LATAM countries. Travel is expected to be between 25-50%
