Serve as the primary systems manager for the Customer Relationship Management platform and corresponding applications
Handle needs assessments and cost/benefit analysis to align the technology of the company with their business strategies
Facilitate and translate business requirements into technical requirements to guide the implementation of new features, systems, and enhancements and upgrades
Work with vendors to ensure the system solution satisfies the business requirements
Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to help identify business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals
Act as technical focal point for the business in the presentation of the new system/application
Lead design sessions in prototyping new system or functionality for the purpose of enhancing business processes
Develop and maintain design documentation (data flow diagrams, workflows)
Provide systems analysis expertise focusing on gap identification
Improve systems and operational workflows by studying current practices and designing modifications/enhancements
Help identify control points in new systems designs and workflows
Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems
Provide ongoing support structure before production readiness
Requirements
College diploma or university degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or management information systems or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 10+ years related work experience
Strong IT background with an understanding of banking operations, products, processes and procedures
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
Highly self-motivated and directed along with strong critical thinking and engineering/re-engineering skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and work through workflow analysis
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative and customer-centric environment.
Familiarity with corporate security policies and managing user access/profiles
