Product Business Analyst

Cyti Psychological is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Product Business Analyst to support product feature development and system enhancements. This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, gathering requirements and producing high-quality documentation for efficient product delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Define user flows, business rules, validation logic, and system behaviors
• Document workflows, integrations, and system dependencies
• Support data field mapping and API documentation as required
• Participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Partner with engineering teams to proactively resolve ambiguity prior to development
• Maintain organized and version-controlled documentation standards

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst
• Demonstrated experience working with software development teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience Documenting Workflows, System Requirements, And Integrations
• Familiarity with SaaS or web-based platforms
• Ability to operate independently and manage priorities effectively
• Experience in healthcare, operational systems, or service-based platforms
• Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore teams
• Exposure to API integrations or technical documentation practices
