Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
