Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer service interactions
- Resolving customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Accurately documenting call details and outcomes
- Meeting attendance, quality, and performance benchmarks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and typing skills
- Comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Dedicated home workspace with stable wired internet
- Windows 11 PC (8 GB RAM minimum; 16 GB preferred)
- USB headset and wired internet (Not needed to apply but required prior to start)
