Production Partner Management & Data Analytics Analyst

Skyward Specialty Insurance is seeking a dynamic and strategic Production Partner Management & Data Analytics Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive experience in insurance analytics, strategic underwriting, and agency management to optimize business functions and drive measurable business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead data-driven Production Partner management initiatives to support growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Design and implement robust analytical solutions in insurance product lines
• Support development of strategic plans for technical underwriting, risk assessment, and compliance across product lines
• Collaborate effectively with finance, legal, and field operations to ensure regulatory compliance and technical excellence
• Support monitoring agency licensing, contracting, and compensation programs at an enterprise level through data
• Drive improvements in processes related to agency appointments, terminations, and code management
• Lead broker code maintenance, including code creation, clean-up, consolidation, and compensation alignment
• Create and manage operational guidelines such as agency onboarding, terminations, qualification benchmarks, and Broker of Record standards
• Implement and oversee incentive and profit-sharing programs to reward performance and drive business growth

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in insurance operations, Production Partner management, and data analytics roles
• Proven track record in leadership roles spanning technical underwriting, strategy, and compliance
• Deep expertise in agency management, including licensing and compensation programs
• Demonstrated knowledge of process improvements and operational benchmarking
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Ability to design and execute complex business procedures for agency appointments, compensation, and compliance
