As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will engage and qualify leads, schedule demos, and assist in achieving sales objectives while staying current on industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Grow our pipeline of new customers by engaging and qualifying leads through personalized outreach (phone, email, linkedin) to our largest prospects
- Schedule qualified demos for our Account Executive team, while assisting throughout the sales cycle
- Meet and exceed daily KPI’s and monthly quota expectations
- Be dedicated and persistent in activities to help achieve our sales objectives, while logging and managing activities in our CRM
- Assist in the development and expansion of sales strategies
- Staying current on company offerings and industry trends within the freight and logistics space
- Travel to conferences and trade shows as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous cold calling experience
- The drive and energy to balance multiple sales cycles in conjunction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills, especially with CRM software
- Knowledge of supply chain technology trends and patterns is welcomed but not required
