Forward Deployed Engineer

Elios Talent is seeking a highly technical, client-facing Forward Deployed Engineer to drive mission-critical data initiatives. This role involves working directly with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into scalable, production-grade data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with customer stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions
• Design and implement end-to-end data workflows within Palantir Foundry or Gotham
• Build and optimize data pipelines, ontology models, and operational applications
• Develop robust integrations across enterprise systems and cloud platforms
• Configure and customize Palantir applications to meet operational use cases
• Lead technical discovery sessions and solution architecture discussions
• Deploy scalable, production-ready solutions with performance and security in mind
• Troubleshoot complex data and system issues in real time
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, platform teams, and business leaders

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working with Palantir Foundry and/or Gotham
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience designing data pipelines and distributed data architectures
• Deep understanding of data modeling and ontology design
• Experience integrating APIs and enterprise data systems
• Comfort operating in client-facing, fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Experience deploying Palantir in regulated environments (government, defense, healthcare, financial services)
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Spark, distributed computing, or large-scale ETL frameworks
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and containerized deployments
• Background in operational analytics or real-time decision platforms
