Somos, Inc. is an innovative technology company focused on ensuring trusted communication through phone calls and text messages. The Manager of Product Marketing & Demand Generation will support product marketing efforts through content creation and campaign execution while leading demand generation strategy and performance across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation, and editing of marketing content across channels, including emails, social media, blogs and product communications
- Help maintain and evolve product positioning and messaging in line with market trends and customer insights
- Support go-to-market plans for new features, services and thought leadership initiatives
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to turn technical concepts into clear, accessible content
- Own tactical execution and performance of paid media campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Develop and manage multi-touch campaigns across the funnel that align with product marketing priorities and sales goals
- Partner with demand generation and marketing operations teams to ensure proper campaign setup, tracking and attribution in Marketo and Salesforce
- Build and execute lead nurture flows, retargeting programs and audience segmentation strategies to optimize lead conversion and sales velocity from all channels including tradeshows, paid ads and organic website conversions
- Monitor and report on funnel metrics from impression to MQL to closed-won using Salesforce, Marketo and Google Analytics
- Identify drop-off points and optimization opportunities within the lead lifecycle; implement technical fixes or process adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with RevOps and Sales to ensure clean data hygiene, proper lead routing and accurate attribution models
- Dig into campaign and contact-level analytics to understand exactly where leads are coming from, how they’re behaving and how to improve performance
Requirements:
- 5 years of related experience, including a minimum of 3 years experience in demand generation, product marketing, or full-stack B2B marketing roles, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong experience executing paid media campaigns and optimizing demand funnels
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo (or similar marketing automation tools), and Google Analytics
- Solid writing and editing skills across multiple formats and audiences
- Proven ability to translate technical or product details into compelling content
- Analytical mindset with comfort working in dashboards and manipulating data
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who can drive initiatives across teams
- 5-7 years of related experience
- Experience marketing to financial institutions, banks or fintech audiences
- Prior work in telecom, identity, or highly regulated B2B industries
- Familiarity with SEO, A/B testing and web optimization tactics
- Certifications in Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot or Google Ads a plus
