The role involves handling customer service inquiries and problems through various communication channels, ensuring members receive the guidance they need based on their unique circumstances.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence
- Engage, consult and educate members based upon the member's unique needs, preferences and understanding
- Use tools and resources available to help guide the members along a clear path to care
Requirements:
- 1 year of Customer service experience in a call center setting
- Must reside in Oklahoma
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years of Healthcare or Medicaid experience
- Trauma informed care training
- Exposure to Care Management
- Experience in a production environment
- Familiarity with de-escalations
- Telework experience
