Jinqiao Investment Holding Group is seeking a Senior Vice President of Product Marketing who will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies. This role involves collaboration with product development, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to drive the entire product lifecycle management from market research to user growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's product marketing strategy and promotion plans
- Define product positioning, brand strategy, and value proposition based on market demand and competitive landscape
- Develop long-term market goals for products to enhance brand influence and market share
- Work closely with the product team to ensure products meet market demands and are competitive in the market
- Lead market research, collecting and analyzing information on customer needs, competitors, and industry trends
- Provide market feedback and consumer insights to the product team to help optimize and iterate products
- Provide competitive analysis reports to predict market changes and support company strategic decisions
- Design and implement product branding strategies to ensure consistent brand communication
- Drive online and offline marketing activities, such as advertising, public relations activities, and product launches
- Coordinate with public relations, advertising, and digital marketing departments to develop comprehensive marketing plans
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from positioning and promotion to the end of the product lifecycle
- Drive the development and execution of market research, product pricing, and promotional activities

- Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support and drive sales conversion
- Coordinate with the customer success team to ensure a positive customer experience after product launch

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields
- 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 10 years of experience in product marketing, strategic marketing, or market management
- Experience in working for a global technology company, consumer goods company, SaaS, or internet platform
- Experience in a senior product marketing role
- Strong strategic thinking ability, able to combine company strategy with market demand to develop long-term product market plans
- Excellent leadership, able to manage and motivate cross-functional teams
- Market insight, proficient in consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with other senior management teams, sales, and product teams
- Data-driven decision-making ability, able to optimize marketing strategies and product promotion activities through data analysis
- Product lifecycle management experience, able to manage the overall market progress of a product
- Previous experience in a multinational corporation or a rapidly growing technology company
- Experience in global market expansion or multi-country product marketing
- Experience in brand management, advertising planning, digital marketing, etc
- MBA or related advanced degree preferred
