Forward Deployed Engineer

Elios Talent is an AI-first, engineering-driven organization helping enterprises accelerate transformation by embedding intelligence into core operations. They are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join their global AI transformation team, focusing on architecting and implementing AI-native solutions for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with client technical and business teams to design and deploy AI-powered software and data solutions
• Translate business requirements into scalable architectures that integrate AI models, APIs, and enterprise systems
• Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and visualization pipelines supporting analytics and automation initiatives
• Develop proof-of-concepts and production-ready applications in collaboration with AI research and platform engineering teams
• Lead technical delivery for client engagements, ensuring robust implementation, testing, and documentation
• Troubleshoot issues, propose enhancements, and continuously improve deployed systems in live client environments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, ML, and infrastructure teams to drive innovation at scale

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or applied AI roles
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript, and familiarity with frameworks such as FastAPI, Node.js, or React
• Experience deploying AI/ML models into production environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and data visualization tools
• Excellent problem-solving ability and comfort working directly with clients to define and deliver outcomes
• Strong communication skills and passion for turning AI concepts into real-world systems
