Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Lead

Peloton Consulting Group is one of the largest and fastest growing professional services firms specializing in Integrated Cloud Solutions. They are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud PLM Solution Architect to deliver analytical, solution-oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients and develop functional architectural visions for Cloud SCM solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to develop an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations based on Oracle’s best business practices. Responsible for developing the functional architectural vision for our clients’ Cloud SCM solution
• Incorporate Oracle cloud business applications best practices into overall cloud platform vision with functional architecture/solution configurations
• Collaborate with workstream leads and other functional/technical architects on the team to ensure alignment between Oracle SCM and other pillar solutions
• Define new and refine existing business processes
• Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property

Requirements:

• Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Supply Chain Operations or Management, MIS, or equivalent degree with 12+ years of experience working on Oracle PLM and SCM programs with at least 3+ years of Oracle Cloud
• The ideal candidate will have senior cross-functional architect level experience and extensive domain knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules with an ability to architect large, complex SCM implementations and lead global design sessions leveraging a process first approach
• Functional Subject Matter Experts and Team Leadership in Concept-to-Design and Ideation-to-Commercialization business process
• Must have Global Design workshop experience
• Experience must include PLM Oracle Cloud Ideation-to-Commercialization design, build and implementation experience using following modules: Ideation, Innovation Management, Product Development, Product Quality Management, Product Data Hub
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• May require some travel within the United States & Canada
• Nice to have exposure as an Oracle Agile PLM
• Experience with Master Data Management
• Experience working clients in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) Industry is a plus
• Experience with Safety Chain Software and Workflow setup in PLM
• Experience with Oracle Cloud 3PL integration with third party systems
• Certifications in Oracle SCM Cloud
