Responsibilities:
- Driving adoption and optimization of ERP, CRM, HCM, or WFM systems
- Conducting business reviews and performance assessments
- Identifying upsell or enhancement opportunities
- Supporting change management and end-user enablement
- Coordinating issue resolution between customers and technical teams
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS customer lifecycle models
- Experience using tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, or Zendesk
