Founders Connect is a company that partners with venture-backed AI companies to transform traditional industries through automation and enterprise software. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to own post-sales growth across strategic accounts, driving retention and expansion for mid-market SaaS organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Own a 40–60 account mid-market book of business
- Drive retention, expansion, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- Partner with customers deploying AI-driven automation platforms
- Advise on workflows, integrations, and performance optimization
- Lead QBRs and executive business reviews
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering
- Consistently meet or exceed NRR targets
Requirements:
- 3+ years of SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or quota-carrying GTM experience
- Experience managing a revenue-based book of business
- Owned retention and expansion targets
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management
- Comfortable working with technical products and data-driven insights
- Experience navigating complex, multi-threaded customer environments
- Background in AI, automation, conversational platforms, or vertical SaaS
- Former Account Executives who transitioned into Customer Success
