Duckcreek Project Manager / Scrum Master

Coforge is seeking a Duckcreek Project Manager with extensive experience in project management and a strong background in P&C Insurance. The role involves managing Duck Creek implementations and leading Agile projects as a Scrum Master.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of experience in project management, with strong exposure to P&C Insurance
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Duck Creek implementations
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in insurance technology projects
• Strong understanding of Duck Creek architecture, tools (Author, Express, Data Insights), and deployment models
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (.NET, Azure, SQL Server, Power Platform)
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred
