Noom is a consumer-led digital health company on a mission to help people live better, longer. They are seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive adoption of Noom Health among employers in the Western United States, focusing on building relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Drive growth of enterprise employer accounts across the Western U.S. through successful sales execution
- Build and maintain relationships with benefits brokers and consultants to generate leads and drive sales
- Generate new business through strategic networking, marketing follow-ups, and inbound inquiry tracking
- Understand employer needs and develop customized proposals using consultative selling techniques
- Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements to close deals and ensure long-term success
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the employer segment in collaboration with leadership
- Analyze and refine key market segments, product positioning, and sales drivers
- Maintain a competitive edge by staying informed on market trends and competitor offerings
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of enterprise sales experience in digital health
- Minimum 2 years in a closing role
- Have a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and expectations
- Impeccable verbal, and written communication, presentation, and articulation skills with strong attention to detail
- Are entrepreneurial, creative, resourceful, and self-starter in a fast-paced environment
- Able to travel to clients and conferences as needed (25 - 35%)
- West Coast strongly preferred
