Product Designer

H1 is a company dedicated to improving healthcare access through innovative technology. As a Product Designer, you will design user-centered experiences and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver effective design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering partners to deliver products to market
• Participate in all aspects of product development, from discovery through launch
• Create clear, straightforward design solutions from ambiguous problem-sets
• Rapidly iterate at low fidelity to explore ideas, then translate into high-fidelity designs for handoff
• Partner with engineering early in your design process to refine constraints and ensure feasibility
• Ensure high-quality design implementation through close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
• Contribute to discovery and design activities with customers and stakeholders
• Develop design artifacts (flows, wireframes, prototypes, visuals) at the right level of fidelity for each project
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system and style guides
• Share your work with fellow designers, participate in design critiques, and contribute to a supportive team culture

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in product design (Enterprise SaaS, healthcare industry, or healthcare data experience is a plus)
• Experience collaborating with engineering and product management teams
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work (from discovery to delivery)
