Collaborate closely with product management and engineering partners to deliver products to market
Participate in all aspects of product development, from discovery through launch
Create clear, straightforward design solutions from ambiguous problem-sets
Rapidly iterate at low fidelity to explore ideas, then translate into high-fidelity designs for handoff
Partner with engineering early in your design process to refine constraints and ensure feasibility
Ensure high-quality design implementation through close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
Contribute to discovery and design activities with customers and stakeholders
Develop design artifacts (flows, wireframes, prototypes, visuals) at the right level of fidelity for each project
Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system and style guides
Share your work with fellow designers, participate in design critiques, and contribute to a supportive team culture

4+ years of experience in product design (Enterprise SaaS, healthcare industry, or healthcare data experience is a plus)
Experience collaborating with engineering and product management teams
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work (from discovery to delivery)
