Osano is an innovative B-Corporation focused on data privacy management. The Product Marketing Lead will define and amplify Osano's story while developing product positioning, executing go-to-market strategies, and enabling sales teams to effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and implementation of differentiated product positioning and persona-driven messaging
- Champion compelling storytelling that sets the narrative for Osano’s offerings in the privacy and trust management landscape
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions
- Define and execute comprehensive, cross-functional go-to-market strategies for new and existing product launches
- Own product launch strategy and drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success
- Ensure successful execution across the full product and sales lifecycle
- Develop and optimize sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and enablement materials
- Equip and train Sales teams on Osano’s value proposition and competitive differentiation
- Establish strong bi-directional feedback loops between Sales and Product
- Oversee creation of high-impact marketing collateral (web copy, webinars, sales decks, demo videos, sales plays, etc.)
- Partner with Revenue Marketing to design campaigns that drive pipeline growth, expansion, and conversion
- Serve as the company’s subject matter expert on competitive intelligence and industry trends
- Own relationships with analysts (Gartner, Forrester, etc.) to elevate Osano’s position in key reports
- Continuously monitor the AI and privacy landscape to inform positioning and strategy
Requirements:
