Project Manager

Coforge is seeking a Project Manager who can effectively bridge business and technology. This role demands strong leadership presence and technical proficiency to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives, while serving as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership, ensuring clear alignment on objectives and priorities
• Take full accountability for project execution, driving initiatives from inception to completion with a results-oriented mindset
• Maintain a strong presence across teams, communicate progress effectively, and escalate issues proactively
• Present updates, risks, and recommendations confidently to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
• Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track

Requirements:

• Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them for business and leadership audiences
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects in enterprise environments
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to be vocal, visible, and assertive in driving decisions
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in large-scale organizations
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver results under tight deadlines
• PMP or Agile certification
• Telecommunications domain experience
