DevOps Engineer (HR AI Tech)

Joy Network is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their team and help shape scalable, resilient infrastructure. The role involves driving the automation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines while collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to enhance infrastructure reliability and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Terraform
• Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes in cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP)
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders to improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring to support continuous delivery
• Ensure proper system documentation and operational best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or related engineering roles
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and related container/cloud technologies
• Strong proficiency with DevOps automation tools (Terraform, GitHub, GitHub Actions) and version control systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with security practices in CI/CD pipelines, including vulnerability scanning and compliance checks
• Knowledge of API security, container security, and public cloud security (AWS, GCP)
• Experience with security tools such as Prisma Cloud, SIEM, SOAR, Nessus, or CrowdStrike
• Understanding of security standards and compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, CCPA)
• Professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, PCI-ISA, or PCIP
