TurboTax USA is a leading provider of tax preparation software, dedicated to simplifying the tax filing process for millions of individuals and small businesses across the United States. As a Work from Home TurboTax Product Expert, you will assist users with questions related to TurboTax products and basic tax software functionalities, providing guidance on navigating the software and addressing fundamental tax-related inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive support to TurboTax users through live calls, helping them navigate the software, troubleshoot issues, and answer their questions regarding tax filing processes
- Guiding customers on downloading and logging into the software, importing documents, printing, and filing tax returns, and addressing basic tax-related queries
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels by delivering empathetic and efficient assistance
- Participating in certification training to ensure you are well-versed in TurboTax products and protocols
- Building a flexible schedule that aligns with your availability, with a minimum commitment of 25 hours per week
- Being assigned a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ongoing support during live interactions and an advocate from the Marketplace Performance Specialist team to help optimize your performance
