Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support by performing on-site installations and managing all aspects of system diagnostics, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs for complex equipment and systems
- Ensure operational quality by inspecting and approving system performance
- Train customers on system operation and maintenance while acting as the primary liaison between the company and the customer for both technical and administrative matters related to assigned projects
- Interpret customer needs and determine whether issue resolution should involve sales personnel, customer support representatives, or engineers
- Responsibilities may encompass all facets of field support, including but not limited to system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking
