Business Analyst

They are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to drive software development projects and contribute to advanced AI initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed functional and technical requirements
• Solution Development: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to design and implement innovative solutions
• AI and Emerging Tech Projects: Contribute to the development and integration of advanced AI technologies and methodologies
• Process Improvement: Evaluate and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units and technology teams, ensuring alignment and clarity
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, workflows, and system specifications

Requirements:

• 2-7 years as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in software development or technology projects
• Proven ability to gather and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are essential
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, AI concepts, and enterprise system implementations
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in agile methodologies and knowledge of AI or machine learning frameworks is a plus
