As a Work from Home TurboTax Product Expert, you will assist users with their questions related to tax software and filing processes, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Providing expert assistance to customers via phone and chat, addressing questions related to TurboTax software and tax filing processes
• Guiding users through downloading, logging in, and basic navigation of the TurboTax platform
• Supporting customers in importing documents, printing, and submitting their tax returns accurately
• Answering general tax-related questions in a clear, concise, and empathetic manner
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of TurboTax products, updates, and relevant tax regulations through ongoing training
• Collaborating with subject matter experts and marketplace performance specialists to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
• Adhering to company policies and quality standards to deliver consistent, high-quality service
• Tracking and documenting customer interactions accurately for reporting and continuous improvement
