Paytient is on a mission to help people better access and afford care, partnering with employers and health plans to enhance patient experiences. They are seeking a Manager, Mid-Market Sales to lead a team of Sales Account Executives while managing personal sales targets in the Mid-Market segment across the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of Sales Account Executives
- Own a personal revenue target by managing your own Mid-Market portfolio
- Lead by example in prospecting, presenting, and closing
- Partner closely with VP, Growth to develop a business plan
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with brokers who serve the Mid-Market
- Partner with Growth Marketing and Revenue Operations to optimize lead flow and sales tools
- Conduct and attend weekly 1:1s with team members and VP, Growth
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of work experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships, with a proven track record of closing Mid-Market deals within the healthcare sector
- Previous leadership or 'Lead' experience with a desire to coach a team of AEs in a high-growth environment
- Expertise in full-cycle sales: you are as comfortable generating a lead as you are negotiating a final contract
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships internally and with customers
- High motivation and resilience; you thrive in an environment where you are both a strategist and a practitioner
- Expertise in Google Suite and HubSpot CRM
