LTK is a global technology platform that empowers premium lifestyle creators to monetize their content. They are seeking an experienced engineering leader to join and grow their Identity Team, focusing on driving architecture strategy, platform modernization, and secure solutions across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the vision and strategy for our Identity Platform in partnership with the Product Management & Stakeholders
- Deliver a scalable, secure API platform as the single entry point for all public APIs, integrated with Auth0 for authentication/authorization
- Migrate legacy auth systems to Auth0 with refresh token rotation, fine-grained authorization, and multi-tenant support
- Lead the enterprise IAM strategy; in-house expert on Auth0, OAuth2, OIDC, and fine-grained authorization (FGA)
- Build reusable code templates, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering standards to improve speed and quality
- Guide the team on architecture principles, security best practices, and cloud-native design patterns
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across engineering and product management
- Work with teams across the company to gather requirements, support, and drive projects forward
Requirements:
- 4+ years of management/lead experience, leading/standing up a Software Engineering Function
- 5+ years of demonstrated expertise shipping commercial products and services, preferably in Go
- Experiencing architecting, building, and operationalizing an identity and authentication platform for organizational adoption
- Deep understanding and expertise of Auth0, Okta, Authentik, Keycloak, or similar identity provider solutions
- Experience building developer platforms/frameworks (Backstage.io, Cortex, Humanitec, score.dev et al.) for companies past the start-up stage
- Deep understanding and experience rolling out authorization systems such as OPA, FGA (OpenFGA), or similar solutions
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Github Actions, Gitlab, Circle CI, Argo, Kargo
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, including CloudFormation and Teraform
- Knowledge of observability best practices and logging/monitoring tools like DataDog, Splunk, New Relic, Edge Delta, Prometheus, et al
- Experience with AWS systems such as ECS, Lambda, RDS et al
- Experience writing services in Go, Python, C++ or Java
- Have built scalable internal and public-facing APIs (REST, JSON, HTTP)
